I WANT TO STAY HOME!

Do you?  A recent survey by AARP indicates that if you could live anywhere you wanted, you'd stay right where you are. Most people want to continue to live in their community, and in their own home, as they age.  Is your home ready for that? These are the basic must-haves:

  • An entrance without steps
  • A full bath and bedroom on the main level
  • Lever handles
  • Wider-than-usual doorways and aisles
  • Proper lighting
We've completed a number of renovations to allow people to stay in their homes.  The changes listed will make it easier for ANYONE to use the home, and if designed correctly, can add to the value of the home, while improving the quality of life for the occupants.

THINK ON THIS...

“When you know a friend is there you do not go to see him. Then he's gone and you blast your conscience to shreds that you did not see him.”

East of Eden  John Steinbeck, American writer (1902-1968)
